Personal Evangelism Workshop March 29-April 12, 2025

Jack Skinner will be leading a 3-session personal evangelism workshop on Saturday mornings, beginning March 29th running through April 12th, from 9:00 AM until noon in the MPA. A sign-up sheet is posted in the foyer.

Buckingham Road Church of Christ (BRCC) presently has Care Groups who meet in homes or the building on the 1st and 3rd Sunday nights per month. These groups provide a more intimate setting for worship and fellowship so that our members can develop closer relationships. Care group members are encouraged to invite friends.
As you think of March 30, do you do so with a yawn or with great excitement? Receiving gifts is OK on Christmas but think of the greatest gift you have ever received. I do not need to tell you that it was the saving message of salvation through our Lord. His ultimate gift came from a cross and with suffering that we can never understand. I assume you are like me in this sense; you run from pain if possible. Our Father and His Son ran towards pain because of their love for us. I pray that you have planned to give a significant gift on March 30. For some that may be $40,000; for others $20,000 or $10,000. There will be those who can give a few thousand dollars and others a few hundred dollars. All that the Lord asks is that we give according to our ability. Here is a central thought regarding Mission Sunday: EVERY DOLLAR GIVEN WILL GO TO EITHER (1) WINNING SOULS OR (2) MATURING SOULS. It is truly a unique contribution, and my prayer is that each of us will prayerfully consider what the Lord has given to us so we can give for the souls of others. Jim Corner
